Staying for 4 days 3 nights at One Bedroom Suite. Room was clean, complete amenities. Come with huge bathtub, and the buffet breakfast have quite a lot of choices. Overall quite satisfied. Very close to Soekarno Hatta Airport and PIK

Perfect wifi. Full aircon. Can get rooms nice and dark. there was a mart downstairs (had fried chicken, donuts, coffee, fruit, nappies, near all i need). Service incredible. Pool had a slide which was a hit.

more coffee pods and cutlery wouldve been nice. couldve been more elevators..

Instead of a room as in a regular hotel, I got a quite big apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen facility with a quite nice view from a high floor. Very big and empty swimming pool. Everything was quite clean and comfortable.

Generally, you can get to and out of the hotel only by car. It is very difficult to walk out. Since the hotel is only part of a huge apartment complex, it is not easy to navigate, and the staff is not very helpful in it.

The staff were exceptional, really helpful, and always happy. The location is not so far from the airport is a bonus.

There was little close by in the way of food outlets.

Really great value for the price :) The room I booked was super clean, modern, spacious and well equipped. For the price is excellent.

I specifically booked a balcony room and it did have a balcony but no chair or table to sit. It would be really nice with a basic chair and table.

Everything is perfect. Nice room, good food and big outdoor pool.

Only for check in preparation. we need to wait room ready for 1 hour.

Hotel is pretty new, room is spacious and very comfortable; staff is excellent and fulfilled all my request. I recommend this property to all travelers

- room TV was 43" , nice. - the road access to the hotel is easy - the building is modern - the room is large enough for Rp. 400K hotel

- the hotel rooms was full, there were 6 elevators but we can't understand why there were only 2 operated. they close the other 4 elevators. the elevators were always crowded so we had to wait 2-3 times. - checking in took 30 minutes. - we booked for non smoking room, but we got smoking room - we booked for double bed but we got twin bed. - we tried to call the hotel clerk by phone to request open balcony but they never came. - parking lot was full in B1 floor, we tried to go down to B2, but the elevators to the hotel lobby was super confusing. had to try ALL 6 elevators (+ 2 elevators for Crystal) one by one. we almost got lost in B2. No clear instruction on which elevator goes to the hotel. Takes time and energy. - swimming pool was dirty - we ordered swimming pool towel but the towel operator wasn't at his/her desk. So when we finished swimming, we had to go back to our room wetly

I like the cleanliness and the spacey room

I hve been staying here often, like twice a month. But the hotel never allows me to do early checkin or late check out for only 1 hour. All the other staff are nice and helpful, but the front desks have alwys been pain in the ass. This week ive stayed two nights with my kids in their 2 bedroom suite, but i need to beg the front desk to have late check out just for 1 hr as i need to be in the meeting. Yet they still dont Allow it. Totally bad service. Im not coming here again

Air conditioner did not work. So we wake up at 4 a.m. because it was super hot. They changed our room, but did not offer anything to compensate our super negative experience. We with 2 kids needed to wake up and move to another room at 4 a.m. It took time when new room cooled down. Then they call in the morning, while we were sleeping, and asked us to move our luggage to new room. Also they offer me airport transfer for 150K rp. When car arrived they said that the price is 250k. And I did not have time to call another service. I asked them to listen phone recording ( they offer me 150K by local phone), they said that they would do it, but never send this recording for me.
